We walk alongside 18 soup kitchens in Windhoek, Okahandja and Groot Aub with food, training and encouragement, so that vulnerable children and elderly people receive a warm meal, care and hope.

One cycle, from seed to plate
Our work is one cycle: we grow food, equip people, deliver to the kitchens, and the kitchens nourish their communities.
Grow
Our garden at Elim Training Centre produces fresh vegetables for the kitchens.
Equip & Train
We train soup kitchen leaders, volunteers, interns and teens in practical, life and leadership skills.
Deliver
Our distribution centre collects, sorts and delivers food to the kitchens with care and high hygiene standards.
Nourish
We walk alongside local soup kitchens as partners – visiting, praying with and equipping their leaders – so every meal comes with care and community.
More than a meal
Food meets today’s need; people and skills build tomorrow. Through our Strong Foundations courses we equip soup kitchen leaders to lead, manage and sustain their work well, and practical workshops in small-space gardening and nutrition help kitchens grow and prepare healthy food.
Our Living By Design mentorship programme walks with teenagers from the kitchens we serve – through camps, contact weeks and one-on-one mentoring – as they grow into confident leaders. And at our garden at Elim Training Centre, interns learn farming skills while growing fresh produce for the kitchens.
Bread for the body, hope for the soul
We are a Christian organisation. We meet physical needs and share the hope of Jesus Christ, equipping soup kitchen leaders and volunteers to care for the whole person.
